What to expect?

Initial consult
Optional. 20 minutes duration. A chemistry check and to align if coaching is the right fit for your needs. Followed by a tailored proposal for you to confirm.

Pre-engagement call
Kick-off of the coaching engagement option you have signed up for. 30-45 mins duration. Covers details of the coaching agreement and a clarification of goals.
3
Coaching sessions
3, 6 or 12 sessions depending on the coaching engagement option chosen. 1 hour duration. Tailored to support your goals, desired outcomes and progress.
4
Follow on sessions
Optional one-off sessions if beneficial to reconnect and calibrate progress. These are separate to the coaching engagement options except for JUMP which includes one bonus check-in session.
